I purchased this with the external USB antenna so it could act as a repeater, linking a nearby home to the homeowner's office next door. USB antenna worked well linking to the office about 200ft away, but the internal WiFi has such horrible range you need to in the same room with it to use the local link.BUT, it did link a distant WiFi and provide a local signal, even the option of being able to plug physical ethernet cables. If you don't mind limited wifi range on the repeater it works pretty well.Installation / configuration instructions are, as others have said, horribly small in order to fit on a small bit of paper. I guess the extra three cents to have decent size print was too big a cost.
