Bought these for my husband. We run/walk 3 miles of undulating terrain on dirt trails every night. He preferred wearing Crocs from other shoes because our shoes get so dirty and dusty. and he liked the ease of putting them on, their breathability and the fact that he could wash dirt off them quickly. But... during our walk he stopped about 5 times to remove the pebbles from his regular Crocs sneakers. But he thought they were very comfortable and supportive, and I liked the aforementioned qualities. I looked to see if there were any Crocs made specifically for hiking that were less prone to pebbles and found these that I like more too liked because they can be secured better. He has been using these all terrain clogs for a few weeks and says they are more secure, adapt well and hold the pebbles better because the holes are there. more on the side and less on the front. It still gets a pebble from time to time, maybe once every two outings, but it's a big improvement over regular off-road touring Crocs. He mentioned that the insole feels a bit stiffer than regular croc shoes and his soles sometimes feel a bit more tired or sore, but he gets fewer pebbles.
