Great pockets for easy cooking. We're trying to eat lighter/healthier, which is hard to achieve with a full-time job. My wife and I ordered these to mimic Publix food in a bag. We just take them out of the fridge and bake them for about 20 minutes. Handy for those nights when we both get home late from work and don't have time or are too tired to cook a full meal. Shown is salmon fillet with orzo and spinach with mango cream sauce and salmon with spinach, quinoa, sundried tomatoes, artichokes and Dijon cream sauce. The only thing I don't like is that the hole is a bit narrower than I would like. It's a little tricky to get stuffing without making a little mess. Nothing that could be swept off the counter a little couldn't be fixed, but a slightly wider opening would make filling easier/cleaner. Once filled, sealing the bags is easy. Simply fold (fold) the foil a few times and store in the fridge.
