Doesn't work on my iPhoneX but works on my 6sPlus. It has bad static, I'm not sure if it's a cord or a plug in the car (2015 GL350). Due to the location of the actual cable coming out of the connector, it is extremely difficult to disconnect from the vehicle. **Update** Support contacted me immediately to apologize for the non-functioning. They asked if I wanted a refund (they started this conversation with my review). I told them I didn't keep the packaging but they still offered a refund. I will upgrade to 4 stars for that. I didn't expect that from them. Currently the customer service is really top notch,
