I bought these because I was sorting through disposable nursing pads like crazy and they started to irritate when the sticky part stuck to my chest when I unbuttoned my shirt/bra to breastfeed. I am very satisfied with these detergents! There's no sticky part (which makes sense because I don't think it holds up to washing), so you just tuck them into your bra. My 8 week old son recently started sleeping through the night. After waking up to a puddle of milk one day, I use them every night and they work great! My only issue is that they didn't have any recommended wash/dry instructions other than a laundry bag so I tossed them in the dryer on low heat but if you leave them in a laundry bag they dry FOREVER as they are all together . but I took them out of the laundry bag to dry faster and one of the pads is a little torn on the absorbent side. It's still usable and it's my fault anyway, but something worth mentioning.
