The instructions are rubbish but the Dremmel bits are fine.
I finally tried this and was very disappointed with the manual part. It's roughly stamped, not flat where it should be, and won't fit my Dremmel tool without extensive modification. I used a hand file to trim off the excess metal to fit my Dremel, but this provides no additional benefit over hand cutting. I threw it away and will not buy it again.
