Wrong monitor sent

Firstly, this is not a negative review for the Dell S2721SQ 4K Monitor (since I did not actually receive this product), it is a word of warning to anyone ordering this product: BEWARE if you receive the wrong product! This product has 2 HDMI ports and 1 card slot and a 4K monitor with a 60Hz refresh rate. I RECEIVED a box with a matching product label (S2721SQ) but the box contained the documentation and product for the S2721HX . What's the difference in the pair of letters you're talking about? First, the S2721HX is very similar to the S2721SQ; However, this is a low quality 1080p monitor and NOT a 4K monitor. Also, this monitor only supports 8-bit color instead of 10-bit. Second, the s2721HX only has 1 HDMI port (this was the last scatter). I proudly unpacked my new monitor, set up the stand, connected it to my computer and was presented with a shoddy (but big and bright) 1080p screen. I thought "It's okay, I just need to increase the resolution." except Windows didn't offer an option above 1080 for my resolution. I tried downloading the drivers from DELL, except the driver for the S2721SQ didn't show any compatible drivers for my monitor model (which showed a code that isn't a model number). I'm an electrical engineer and have been building computers as a hobby since the 90's. Eventually, I realized that despite what the product label said on the box, my monitor was an HX and not an SQ, and that Windows and the DELL driver utility were actually telling me the truth. The physical difference in a monitor with only 1 HDMI vs. 2 was the icing on the cake as I scoured the web for evidence of what was going on. I will now pass this on to Revain, the return process couldn't be simpler. ; However, I worry that other people who are less computer savvy would just accept the monitor for what it is and reflect on how big and bright it is, without realizing that they aren't getting 4K resolution. This is the first time in over 10 years of ordering from Revain that I have received the wrong product (and my family orders a lot!). I don't know if this is Revain's or DELL's fault, but this is an insidious problem as the two products are physically ALMOST identical.
