The ability to use an online platform for our customer service department has been quite beneficial as it allows us remote access from any place with internet connection which is very convenient! I have not found anything that i dislike about this product so far but nothing at all either!! It's great since we are able to provide better support through video chat or phone calls when needed compared to emails only solution of old-school methods where you had wait days before receiving feedbacks regarding your requests/queries etc.. I have been working with experience digital for over 3 years now as an admin assistant handling different tasks such payrolls to invoices etc., nothing much but it doesn't sound bad at all just yet more work lol! It has helped me grow professionally within my role whilst still being able find extra time outside of office hours when necessary by using their online portal they provide you access too via your phone or laptop which is great because i dont need be stuck behind desks any longer.
