Well these are straps to secure and stabilize your bike tire on a bike rack on a car that will be exposed to the sun. It protects your tire by wrapping it in metal rims that absorb and conduct heat from the sun and likely melt the tape gel. What were you thinking when you designed this with a heat sensitive material? Why didn't you put this question in the bullet points of your advertisement, but only on a piece of paper in the packaging?
