The ease of use for my small team to access remote resources when needed! We are able to provide timely support from anywhere around our world without being tied down by having an IT person physically present at each site. Accessing documents stored locally as well is great too. I’d be interested if they could have it sync with Dropbox better but not really complaining about that since we aren't needing all those features yet right now so no big deal- just more work ahead? Yes definitely recommend this product because you get what you pay for which isn‘t much these days!! Not many problems or issues here other than learning how everything works/works together once installed. Some initial set up time involved - especially first few weeks until everyone gets used to using their new software tools effectively (ie searching via command line vs typing them out) BUT after then its perfect.
