Warning to Potential Customers: My Disappointing Experience with the Company PREPARED4x

As someone who enjoys being outside, I was very interested in trying PREPARED4x. On the other hand, my dealings with this online business were not in the least bit satisfying. Although it was simple to get around on their website, the overall standard of their offerings was not very satisfying. When it arrived, the tent I had purchased for my upcoming camping vacation had a pole that was broken. Despite their assertions that they have quality control, it was abundantly obvious that this tent had not been subjected to any sort of inspection prior to being shipped. After I contacted customer support, they were slow to respond, and even after they did, they did not offer a solution to the issue that I was having. To make a bad situation even worse, the values that were listed on their website were not accurate. The quality of the products did not measure up with the reasonable prices that were advertised by the company. After only a few uses, I discovered that the equipment that I had purchased from them needed to be replaced. In addition, the shipment time took significantly longer than anticipated, and the packaging was insufficient, which led to damaged goods being delivered to the customer. In general, I do not encourage purchasing PREPARED4x. Their inability to regulate the quality of their products and provide adequate support to customers left a sour taste in my mouth. As someone who has a lot of influence in the outdoor industry, I strongly encourage my followers to seek elsewhere for all of their outdoor supply needs.

Pros
  • An intuitive interface makes online purchasing a breeze.
Cons
  • Some products have a very lengthy shipping period.
