Review on Camera Fujifilm X-H1 Body by Amit Kumar ᠌

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Best I have ever used, great product for anyone!

I can recommend this camera to professionals with a fleet of fuji optics, upgrading to xt2 is worth it. Almost everything that I missed from the photo in xt2 is in H1. If you choose a camera with a limited budget, then I advise you to take xt2 and buy a fix from the series with aperture 2. The picture will be the same, buying H1 you pay for additional reliability, convenience during long shooting, grip and stub and faster focus. This is true for photography. When shooting video, definitely H1.

Pros
  • The camera suits everyone, an excellent flagship in the fuji system. I only use it for photos, as I don't shoot videos. The stabilizer is very effective, I shot landscapes at dusk with a shutter speed of 1 second from my hands on a 35 mm lens (fifty dollars including crop) and everything was sharp. Autofocus, even with old optics, seemed much faster than previous models (before H1, I shot a year on xt2), I shoot a report on "slow" glasses 35 1.4, 23 1.4 and everything is ok, it turns out to save the image volume and manage to catch moments. Very pleased with the new trigger button and grip. Separately, it is worth mentioning a very quiet shutter, even in mechanical mode. This allows you to go unnoticed when reporting, does not draw attention to the photographer. The viewfinder from the medium format GFX 50s is something. Huge and informative. Pleased with the compatibility of accessories. For example, I attached my eyecup from GFX 50s to H1, it became even more convenient to shoot (you can buy it separately).
Cons
  • At the beginning, the camera came out raw and on the first firmware it gave a recording error and hung periodically. (1-2 times per shooting day). Now everything is fine, I ated the firmware and have already shot about 20-30 thousand frames at weddings, everything is fine and stable. Slightly more battery consumption than xt2, apparently because of the stub. I turn it off, as it is only needed when shooting landscapes and statics. 5 full batteries are enough for me for 4-5 thousand frames per wedding day. I always carry a spare in my pocket, since they are small.
