Well I don't really like protein powder but I love trying new supplements and things like that. I used whey protein a few years ago when I was losing a lot of weight and exercising regularly. However, I regained that weight and in the last two months I've started exercising again. That's when I came across this new protein powder from the Genius brand. This is actually my first Genius product I've used and I'm impressed! I will definitely try their other products as well, especially Clarity/Focus and their mushrooms. For this protein powder, use 1 heaping scoop for every 8 ounces of water and 4 ounces for every additional scoop you plan to add. I only use one scoop at a time and while I haven't used it long enough to notice a difference, I know from my research that Genius is awesome and I believe it will do anything and everything these 'others' do " Powder will do. if not better. I ordered chocolate and it was fantastic. When I first made this I used milk in a BlenderBottle. It blended great but was so frothy I had to drink it through a straw lol. The next time I used it (yesterday) I just used water in the BlenderBottle. MUCH better and was a lot easier to drink. If I had only one complaint about this product it would be that you only get 20 servings for the price of $40. So yeah, it's expensive and I doubt I'll be able to stick with it for long. BUT for those who can afford it, you get what you pay for. I prefer this product to any other protein powder. If you think about it, just buy and try. I don't think you will be disappointed.
