I'm having trouble with my original product. It didn't charge my phone...iPhone 12 Pro. I called customer service, it didn't help, so I left a review on it BUT I was contacted by customer service. They send me a new product for free. Good with them, responsible and responsive to customer complaints. First review: Doesn't work, period. I love my Apple products and need a place to charge my phone and check my watch regularly. My pencil and sometimes earplugs. The most imported phone! The phone charging zone is not working. It was only when I first got it. My phone was supposed to be on its side, but that blocks the watch's charging area. I called support about this. They basically told me to turn it off and on again. That is, unplug the charger and plug it back in. Also wanted to try different devices. None of my iPhones have worked with it. I was almost told to call back. Never got better!
