Review on OTC 1545 Motorcycle Lift by Jason Connolly

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Worth the money - great quality

Talk about a brick crappy house lift! This thing is as reliable as it gets! I got a crate lift and struggled to get it inside. he's very heavy! I assembled it indoors since it was about 95° outside, but I digress. Assembly was easy; Install the jack and foot pedal (3 screws total), then the support rod (cotter pins), and finally the handle bracket (2 more screws). I'm ashamed of those who claim the instructions are lacking as I haven't even looked at them. (Aren't you buying that lift to work on your bike?) You must be pretty comfortable at first. definitely. This thing is pretty darn strong and I like the long pads the bike is resting on. (Approximately 6 inches longer than my HF Lift.) It rolls easily over the garage floor, which I have a bit of unevenness, and sits very low, giving me plenty of ground clearance to get under my bike. It also raises the bike up to 17 inches off the ground, making fluid changes and/or bike work easier. Did I mention it's durable? There was no rocking or loosening of supports or support beams; This thing is rock hard. Finally, one cannot complain about the price; It's less than half the price of the top two lifts on the market, but to my knowledge it fits my 2015 Road Glide Special Bagger perfectly. I am very happy with this item!
