Review on Quickie Twist Refill Spot Scrubber by Sandra Egan

This is the second mop of this type I have bought. The first lasted for years. I decided to replace it. The current one broke after two uses. I've been trying to get a replacement from Rubbermaid Quickie for months. They don't reply to emails unless you keep sending emails. I'm still waiting for a response from them after submitting the requested photos. I emailed twice asking for an answer. Still no. I'm pretty sure my broken mop wasn't the norm. And I still really like the mop. So I recommend this, you only run the risk of getting a warranty replacement if you need it.
