Works as it should - the phone stand rotates very easily, the suction cup feels powerful. Release of the clamp is fairly smooth; I just wish they had the trigger on the side instead of the back. I think it's more convenient to use a shape to trigger unlock and grab the phone with thumb and forefinger. UPDATE 03/2020: After 2 months of use, I suddenly realized that the shoulder was no longer secured by the turning knob. As it happened, there was a nut that the handle used to secure the retractable arm, and that nut came loose. To clarify, I haven't turned the knob (to change the extension) since I installed it on my car, and I've actually set it to its smallest extension. What I could understand is that the weight of the phone + the normal vibrations of the car will loosen the nut, but I'm surprised this happens after only 2 months of use. way to screw the handle with a nut.
