Additional information added: Seller is trying very hard to keep in touch while we try to make this work. I didn't see the original message and they messaged me again to see how they can help and make sure I get the email. Even if it still doesn't work, for me it's very important and very valuable. So I changed the star rating from 1 to 3 stars. I hope it works this week and I'll update this review if needed. I realized I was doing something wrong even though I had previously successfully installed two other car stereos. . Asked my broth to take a look and he couldn't get it to work either. I took it to a place I trust. He's no radio expert, but he knows how to set them up properly and get you on the road. He couldn't get it to work either. He showed me gunpowder/fire going through him with a circuit tester. On both sides. He checked the cord coming out of the machine and showed me where it was plugged in and there was powder in it too while it was in the machine itself. It glowed both times. We looked at the guess and they were all good. However, for one reason or another, the screen never lit up. I also noticed that I received neither an antenna nor an antenna adapter. Me really, and I mean really a shame because after I took the factory radio out, it fell and broke. If the rotary knob has landed so far that it no longer works, I can't even put the old one back in. Although it's not the seller's fault my old radio cracked after removal if I had received a perfectly working unit. I wouldn't drive to work in silence for 40 minutes listening to the madness of my own thoughts, and I wouldn't be parted from a hundred dollars and no radio. It fits perfectly and looks very pretty but doesn't help me much. , doesn't really help me. Did exactly the opposite. Now I'm in the middle of the vehicle with a big gaping hole of ugliness.
