Review on ZYLISS FastCut Herb Mincer in White, 9 inches by Jessica Sommers

I'm relatively new to using fresh herbs. I used to just use fresh basil and fresh spring onions and cut the veggies up with kitchen shears. I now live in a climate where I have fresh herbs in my garden year round. Grinding or slicing fresh oregano was a difficult task, so I looked for an easier and less time-consuming method. I stumbled across this product and because of the Zyliss name I knew it would be a good buy. When I first used it, I wish I had had it in my kitchen essentials a long time ago! I couldn't believe how fast the product cuts herbs. It is particularly easy to use thanks to the rotatable handle and easy to clean thanks to the release function. The blade cover keeps them sharp and protects you from cuts, but be extremely careful not to remove the cover too quickly. Don't hesitate if this is a must-have kitchen tool, THIS is a must have and worth every penny.
