Easy to use and navigate through all features. I also like how easy it is for new users to figure out how everything works. We are using this software primarily as an electronic filing system - not necessarily as a repository or storage device- but so far we have been very pleased with its ease of use and functionality. There isn't anything that i dislike about it right now. There were some minor glitches during implementation which had been resolved quickly by their support staff. The main issue we solved was being able to maintain our documents within one place instead of having them scattered around different file folders.
