Second review of this article. Now I think it's my cables (not this company) that aren't working anymore. While this product worked (or should I say the cables worked), it did the job perfectly. I'm ordering new cables and will see if that solves the problem. Meanwhile, I have to say that shortly after my initial review, customer service got back to me and offered to send another charger and send the original back, and I should let people know that they are very interested in getting things fixed . If the cables don't fix the problem I'll go back to them, but I think the original fault was mine. Purchased on 01/03/2018, received on 01/08/2018. Used it for the first time in about a week. I've since used it to charge my iMuto portable charger 4 times. I stopped working last week. I worked great 4 times, this worked. Not so good now that it isn't.
