Of course, I don't have a long-term experience with this product, but so far, I'm impressed. My security system monitor began blinking, so I went to unplug it and almost burned my hand, the original plug was so hot. It was made in China. This new one is UL rated, and very solid feeling. It comes with an extra little piece that I don't need. With Prime, I had it in two days.
