Review on 🔧 Enhanced Dorman 615-188 Intake Manifold for Preferred Ford Models by Carlos Krueger

Installed on a 2003 Expedition EB 5.4 4x4. The original intake bled water up to the side of the air intake and flooded the spark plug wells causing misfires. We started the repairs at 7:30 a.m. and by 10:30 a.m. we were already on our way. I'm not a mechanic, but I understand machines and toolboxes. I have built many hot rods. Watch the linked video before you start. Maybe twice. It's great how to disrupt video capture 5.4 2v. The most informative I've found. Then the procedure will be less painful. I recommend buying new injector o-rings. If you forget to order them, they are available at most if not all local parts stores. The only "special tool" needed is a torque wrench rated for 18 inches and 18 ft-lbs. Pounds By the way, 216 inch pounds is 18 foot pounds. So I used a torque wrench for all of this. Much luck!
