Working properly. I've ridden it about 3000 miles and so far no problems with my 01 f250. As long as your matting surfaces are clean and you meet the torque requirements, you shouldn't have any problems. Make sure you don't need to install an o-ring for the PVC system. 2001 Expedition 5.4 found a common leak in the passenger side coolant adapter. I had good experience with Dorman products and decided to go with a stock Dorman intake manifold. What I noticed: - It seems to me that the fuel rail is in a slightly different location, making some hard-to-reach spots more accessible. k. - Screw hole in the front driver's side fuel rail, no matter what I tried the included screw would not "start". I installed this manifold on my 2000 F-150 5.4 Triton engine in October 2017. I wanted to drive the truck at least 2,000 miles before doing an inspection. Clean sealing surface and tighten as per diagram shown. This manifold comes with O-rings installed in the body of the new manifold.
