These chargers have an indicator light that should light up when connected to the Xbox and controllers, but the lights never come on - they flash when you plug them in and then go off. My controllers work fine when not connected to the network, but as soon as I plug them in they become unresponsive and there is a delay when I press a button or move the analog sticks. In addition, the charger is not flush with the controller, there is a slight gap because the shape of the charger is different from the shape of the 360 controllers. Really bad design, obviously not branded, spend more money on official ones.
