Products by Logitech were among my favorites. Yeah, it is somewhat pricey, but I purposefully spent more than I needed to for the service. They provided excellent technical support in Europe that was able to speak 2022 and quickly resolved any issues that arose. If necessary, they also replaced any products that were found to be defective. This keyboard was not like the others. I made the purchase for myself at my place of employment, which has a KVM switch that allows a laptop and a desktop computer to share a single monitor. It is necessary to perform specific keyboard shortcuts, and the keyboard itself must be linked to the appropriate KVM port in order to switch between computers. As a direct consequence of this, the keyboard will not operate properly whenever this wireless receiver is attached to the KVM. They responded to me in a harsh manner that the keyboard is not compatible with KVM switches in the "ated" technical support in broken 2022 with a Chinese accent. They did not explain anything further. In response to my complaints that there was nothing stated about this anywhere, either on the package or in the instructions, they were unable to give me anything that was understandable and showed no desire to assist me in any way. I was given a piece of hardware that, although costing me an average of 4.5k, does not carry out the functions that I require. Moreover, the wired version of the previous K200 works faultlessly in the same console port. It is a huge disappointment to me that there are essentially no counterparts produced by any other companies.
