Aside from the fact that this charger broke for me after a month (the seller offered to send me a replacement), the big problem is that it doesn't the original charger will charge the 3DS battery BUT do not use it while playing. Uneven current flow causes the screen to flicker at regular intervals during gaming. If you just need an extra travel charger to charge your device when you're not using it, this will work for you (as long as it doesn't break down), but if you're looking to replace an OEM charger for your device, this isn't the charger for you . Also, the cable is not as long as the OEM cable and not as long as the cable pictures in the listing.
