I really like the design and would like to have more of these for the holidays. But for anything other than a big party I wouldn't buy a whole set. Some people say the plates were too small for dinner, I agree they would be small for lunch at the table. They were perfect for a December birthday buffet for 50 guests. We had small sandwiches, vegetable and fruit plates etc. The quality was very good. The napkins also convinced me. Therefore, holiday napkins are often only suitable for decoration, they were softer and more absorbent than hard. I would buy them again if the opportunity arose.
