I have tried to program this replacement key fob following the instructions. Once programmed, the security option would not stop locking and unlocking the door (as if the button was constantly being pressed). Upon closer inspection, it turned out that the lock button was stuck under the key housing. Took it apart and noticed that the lock and unlock buttons have a different height profile (the lock is flatter). The lock button is too big for the case window it is supposed to fit in (while the unlock button fits snugly in its window). Thus, when closing the suitcase, the locking button is constantly depressed. buy returns.
