This works great for my 2007 Toyota Seqouia, it took me a while to connect to my truck but that's because , instead of getting my locks working after it was plugged in I got a buzzing noise. I actually plugged it in 3 times but didn't know until I gave up and accidentally hit the lock button after getting out of the truck and it worked!

I have tried to program this replacement key fob following the instructions. Once programmed, the security option would not stop locking and unlocking the door (as if the button was constantly being pressed). Upon closer inspection, it turned out that the lock button was stuck under the key housing.
