The OEM version of this remote from Denso will cost you about $54 before programming. I recently lost one of my key and fob sets for my 2003 Toyota 4runner so I wanted to get another set in case history repeats itself. The FCC code on my remote was HYQ12BAN and the remote I received had a sticker with a different code, but I decided to give it a try anyway. The remote comes with a card to help you find programming guides online. I probably didn't follow the directions exactly the first two times I tried it, but I got it right the third time. The remote seems to work very well and I'm glad I saved the cost of the OEM model and programming for my 16 year old car.
