Review on πŸ“ž AGPtek Call Center Corded Telephone HA0021 with Monaural Headset Headphones, Tone Dial Key Pad, REDIAL - 1 Year Warranty - Handsfree by Bobby Frazier

Everything I'm used to and more. fewer.

I started working from home full time in May 2008. I needed a phone headset for my home office so I could continue typing on the computer when needed. I first bought a Plantronics T10 which lasted a year before shutting down for no apparent reason and at random times during the day. The headset holder (which was nothing more than a thick steel hanger bar that the base rested on) also failed, cutting into the plastic base and making the hole too large to secure. , and found Executive Pro Chattaway from Headsets.com. I had it for 5 years and it only had 2 glitches. a minor, a medium. The headset itself was a minor issue. The microphone arm lost friction and fell - it was replaced under warranty. A moderate problem was that the bell stopped working after 2 1/2 years. Not a critical issue as a second phone rang nearby so I knew when to pick up. This month I decided to adjust some of my phone plans and buy a new phone. Looking around here at Revain, I saw the IMAGE call center dial pad and decided to give it a try. It added a caller ID screen and the screen has a full time/date stamp with a nice green backlight. The headset was similar to the Headsets.com device with a lighter headband. But best of all, it was less than half the cost of buying any other Chattaway. The caller ID screen only shows the number (not the name), but that's not a problem for me, especially since I didn't have one before. So far, so good. It works well and the calls are pretty clear - it's mostly on the VoIP line, but just as clean on my copper phone line. I look forward to many years of service with this device and it's a good start.

Pros
  • noise reduction, power saving function. It can display the phone number on the screen so you don't have to worry about who is calling. You can program the current time
Cons
  • Some errors
