Settings problem

So I bought this dial pad in 2018 and recently found that I need to change my settings regularly. The default value is 01/01/2009. If you know how I can fix this problem, please share. The included headset works great, and the microphone and noise-cancellation work great. Note that if you don't want the phone to auto-answer, change MODE to Move. It took me the longest to figure it out. Much luck!

Don't worry, best phone accessory

I bought this when my workplace switched from office to home office. Worked two weeks. At this point, he began rejecting calls. Calls were routed to me through a software application. I saw her enter but the call didn't reach the phone. The phone stopped working, everything is simple. I tried to contact the seller by emailing him a description of the problem. Five days later, I received an email that was mostly in Chinese. My company has been busy troubleshooting, as has my cable company. phone

The phone ringtone is huge!

The only reason I can't rate this phone 5 stars is that it's a big problem for me ---------- The ringtone (even in the lowest setting) is so loud it's deafening. I literally shut my ears when the phone rings and try to answer FAST between calls as I have to take my fingers off my ears. Tried sealing the speaker openings on the bottom of the phone with tape and tried to mute the ringer volume - to no avail. If you are hard of hearing, this will not bother you. If you can still hear, this phone…

Definitely a great buy! WORKS PERFECTLY!

I have to say that this doorbell system is wonderful. He arrived on time. It was very easy to connect and the sound is very clear. I first bought a Plantronic system, which constantly buzzed on the line and cost a little more than AGPtek. I would highly recommend this system to anyone. A minor mention that there's only high and low for headset volume, but to be honest I didn't have any issues with the audio levels. I turn it down low and I can hear it clearly as a bell and no complaints from…

Great headset, throw away the rest of the device. :(

You might think it would be easy to use. In fact, my original PINK model of this brand worked fine, but the headset, mainly the headset jack that came with the phone was rubbish. Now on this one Phone it's reversed. It was constantly dying.Shorted out after a few minutes or seconds.Doing customer service from home and it happens in the middle of a conversation is a nightmare!!!Unfortunately I couldn't return it because of the Stand was out of place for it so I threw the device in the box and am…

USB Headphone Conversion

I bought a USB RJ9 to USB Type A conversion cable and then a USB Type A Female to USB Type A Female to the Turtle Beach P12 headphones and microphone to be able to use this phone instead of the headphones that came with it. If you have USB headphones that you prefer over the ones that come with this phone, this is the way to connect them to your phone. This phone is way better than Plantronics

This phone is way better than Plantronics T10. I bought a new laptop with an aluminum case and every time I used a Plantronics t10 headset I got static. At times it was so loud that it drowned out the conversation I was having with the other party. I ordered a replacement power cord thinking it was a laptop but nothing has changed. Then I decided to try this digital AGPtek, no more static, and this phone is half the price of the Plantron t10. Plantronic cost me $69, this phone was less than $40

Pros
  • Excellent overall performance
Cons
  • Nothing here

Everything I'm used to and more. fewer.

I started working from home full time in May 2008. I needed a phone headset for my home office so I could continue typing on the computer when needed. I first bought a Plantronics T10 which lasted a year before shutting down for no apparent reason and at random times during the day. The headset holder (which was nothing more than a thick steel hanger bar that the base rested on) also failed, cutting into the plastic base and making the hole too large to secure. , and found Executive Pro…

Just buy it BUT read my NOTE

I give this device 4 stars because it has caller ID, but even with caller ID features enabled through my ISP, the phone does not show any incoming calls. I've been using it regularly for 2 weeks now. After reading all the other reviews I'm waiting for the headset to break. The headset feels fragile, so I take extra precautions when using it. I put it right on my head and when I'm done I put it in the mount - which is nice. The sad little piece of plastic looks like it's about to break if you…
