I have to say that this doorbell system is wonderful. He arrived on time. It was very easy to connect and the sound is very clear. I first bought a Plantronic system, which constantly buzzed on the line and cost a little more than AGPtek. I would highly recommend this system to anyone. A minor mention that there's only high and low for headset volume, but to be honest I didn't have any issues with the audio levels. I turn it down low and I can hear it clearly as a bell and no complaints from customers who can hear me. Also the headpiece is very comfortable and the mouthpiece is very adjustable. I found this very beneficial and honestly considered ordering a second one to have on hand. I love this system!
