No response after sale.
Bought this kit a few months ago, about 6000km ago and the guide broke. What a great inconvenience. Knowing I was trying to save money and that's why I bought the secondary market, I really couldn't get upset that the part didn't last. You win something, you lose something. My communication problem. I called about it and heard nothing. My problem relates to business practices. Not so much a product.
