While it doesn't get hot enough to tint windows, this heat gun works surprisingly well with vinyl and decals and is great for stripping. The shape is really comfortable in the hand and is not too heavy for long work. The support stand is handy for keeping the hot tip off surfaces, but isn't bulky or inconvenient when using the tool. I use Vvivid products (along with a few other lines) every day and do multiple installs a week and have been using this tool for 2 weeks with no hiccups. I will update if there are problems.
