While it doesn't get hot enough to tint windows, this heat gun works surprisingly well with vinyl and decals and is great for stripping. The shape is really comfortable in the hand and is not too heavy for long work. The support stand is handy for keeping the hot tip off surfaces, but isn't bulky or inconvenient when using the tool. I've only had this hair dryer for a few minutes so I can't confirm its durability. It seemed fairly well made and gave off a good amount of heat. Unfortunately, it also put out a ton of smoke for at least a minute until I turned it off and put it back in the box. This heat gun is not suitable for indoor use due to smoke. It's also absolutely gigantic, over 15 inches long and wider than a soda can in the middle section. I see it useful for those who have an outdoor project. It might stop smoking
