UPDATE: Revain has taken care of replacing the packaging. I like the carpet. Good weight, good texture. It's reversible. White with dark writing on one side, gray on the other. I have a HUGE complaint about the way it was packaged for shipping! It was placed in a box smaller than its size, causing it to deform. I had a rug on the table with bankers drawers full of books on it so it lay flat. Two weeks later, at about 40 pounds, he's still deformed! It is extremely troublesome to cut the fabric on a wavy carpet. The rugs I see in fabric stores come flat packed in thick cardboard. I would recommend purchasing this item locally to ensure you receive it safe and sound.
