Revainrating 1 out of 5

The product is not good, I will not buy any more.

Huge promises for NIKON Z7 are absolutely not true. I am very disappointed and regret my purchase. I do not advise anyone to take.

Pros
  • Small size and weight. Reclining display. Possibility of focus stacking.
Cons
  • No flash, needed when traveling. Heats up when shooting Video for more than 7 minutes. Then the video freezes. Focus on faces does not work well, constantly fails. A weak battery on the video lasts for 35, maximum 40 minutes. When photographing, you can get a maximum of 320, 330 frames. At high resolutions, the quality of the picture is low, reminiscent of cartoons. The matrix is very noisy, it makes no sense to shoot at ISO more than 400. There is a lot of noise to pull in the RAV from the shadows. At ISO greater than 640, the noise is incredibly large. There are a lot of dead pixels on the matrix The SC said that this is the norm for Nikon mirrorless and referred to page 160 of the Operating Instructions. At night, in the evening, in bad weather, it makes no sense to shoot because of the big noise. There is only one XQD card and it costs a lot of money. Focus on faces is disgusting, constantly lagging behind in motion. There is no focus on the eyes. The camera menu is very complicated and difficult to understand, some kind of porridge is incomprehensible. The FTZ adapter is not stable, old lenses dangle and periodically do not work. No horizon line in viewfinder. The display is not visible on a sunny day.
