I am a contact center manager. I bought this headset because I needed a backup for my home headset work, just in case. However, having used it for the first time during today's meeting, I think I could have used it instead! It's just the right size for my head in its smallest position, it's very comfortable and the microphone is in the perfect position so nobody has a hearing problem. The volume is MUCH louder than my work headset, which is perfect when we're taking calls and need to listen to them so many times that it's difficult to hear the end of a call from a customer, which isn't great. There is a mute button and a mute button, which confused me because you need both. Do they do the same? Not correct! Mute disables everyone else so you can't hear them, but I'm still not sure what the purpose of this is, but maybe someone needs it. So if you have hearing problems, try clicking the mute button to see if that helps. The power light keeps blinking, which is annoying, but I just turned it away from me and can't see it. I have a laptop running Windows 10. When I press the mute button or turn the volume up or down, a small vertical rectangular box with an "X" appears on my monitor indicating the volume is on and the headset volume is on displayed on a numeric bar. When you turn off the microphone, the red light on the headset switch will illuminate to let you know it's turned off. I am very impressed with the quality of this headset for the price. During my test call, my called colleague said the sound was very clear and was impressed by it. You can also use it with a mobile phone with a 3.5mm plug, but it comes with a USB adapter cable (with audio, volume and microphone controls) for use with a computer/tablet etc.
