I purchased this item less than 3 months ago and my daughter has used it TWICE, I actually used it on her tonight and the top just came loose and isn't playing now once more a CD. I feel like I bought this item based on the good reviews and I feel like I received rubbish. This was the third time we've used it, it shouldn't have ripped like that, it wobbled when opened but it still played a CD. I'm wondering who I need to speak to to replace this one.
