Super cute, high quality and my daughter loves wearing them! I ordered a 4 1/2 to fit her for a while (she's between 3 and 4). They say 4 but they're a bit big so they fit the way I wanted, not sure technically it's a 4 1/2 or they're big but we still managed! Great buy considering you get more flowers!
