It was so easy for me to slip the Galaxy Tab A 8.0 2019 (SM-T290) into the case to make it fit perfectly. I love the look of the case and the color is a true purple. The case rotates 360 degrees easily, which meets all my needs. The reason I got 4 stars is because when I hold the tablet in the recess, it falls back if I press the tablet too hard while reading a book or playing games. If it were possible I would give 4.5 stars Otherwise the tablet is perfect!
