I have to admit that I didn't realize these were "Smart” lights until they arrived. I was just ordering some cabinet lights for my kitchen but when they arrived "wow”. I'm so glad that these are "smart’ lights. So convenient and "smart".Here is my experience:I'm middle aged and a little techy for my age but I do get a little nervous setting up new devices. This was surprisingly easy to set up.There is a QR code on the outside of the box to scan. The app that it directs you to is one that is "verified” and has been downloaded over 5 million times, the app "Smart Life”.The lights were easy to install and setup. The app can automatically scan for your device once you connect it to your internet connection. I was also able to connect the lights to my Alexa. I was able to control the lights with the app or with my Alexa or the Alexa app on my phone.I was able to turn the lights off and on with my voice through Alexa. I can also say Alexa, make the lights blue. Or red, etc. I can also control all that with the app or the Alexa app. I'm so impressed. This is the first time I've had "Smart” lights and I feel silly now to be anxious about making the switch to "Smart’ lights.These work so well.⛵⚓Seas the Day⚓⛵
