Worked very well to glue the beds together. In combination with that, I've also used it as a styrofoam block and king-size mattress topper, which seemed to do the trick. One thing to keep in mind when combining two twins. If these are full sized twins, they are approximately 5 inches shorter than a standard king bed. However, if you combine two Twin XL mattresses, the dimensions should be perfect for your king-size bedding/mattress topper. I use two regular sized twins and everything works fine.
