So I had 3 of these to put on my radiator for a custom loop I built and I returned them. Right out of the box 1 had dead LEDs and when the computer was running they only sounded like a jet engine taking off at 50%, at 100% you can hear them in another room. Cooler Master is basically doing junk at the moment and is just living on its years of reputation, so just spend a few bucks more and get Corsair fans, or if you're looking for a cheap but bright and functional one, go for it the DeepCool CF120/ CF140 series.
