Fragile monitor is good for me
Bought the EW3280U from BenQ.com 1.5 years ago. Displays bright and clear images. However, after carefully laying the monitor face down to find the connection to the new computer, cracks and lines suddenly appeared on the screen. Your 3 year warranty does not cover this physical damage.
