Review on 💜 Geo Sports Bottles 1 Gallon - BPA Free, Leakproof Water Jug with Handle - Purple by Matt Heringer

I went to the gym every day. Supposedly dishwasher safe. The bottle is extremely strong but the cap is horribly designed and fell apart after just a month and a few days (right past the exchange/return date). Construction When the cap itself is a plastic inner part with threads and screws on the bottle. After a few washes in the dishwasher, the cap had screwed itself a few millimeters and could no longer unscrew the bottle properly. The lid cap is a thin aluminum lid that is attached to the inner lid with very weak indentations. (stripes) in the material. With all the force needed to screw the cap onto the bottle, the aluminum cap simply twists over the threaded plastic cap it covers and the bottle becomes unsealed. In addition, the bottle cap (threaded plastic part) has an internal rubber ring that is inserted inside to seal the bottle and prevent leakage. If this rubber ring (coming out of its intended groove) is not 100% seated, the bottle will leak a little. Overall, the lid itself has a very terrible design. The bottle was fiery and strong. I tried unsuccessfully to go online and just buy a new cap which would save my purchase. I do not recommend this product.
