Deadly wobble and bumps can be a problem for ZJs as they get older (I've got 180,000 on the clock). I used these to replace my removed OEMs (discovered this after removing - suspected a problem but had no idea they had gone that far) and along with the new ball joints they did the trick! In addition, the steering responds better - like new! The ride is also more controlled with less sway. I got such good results that next time I'll start swapping the rear wheels. Just make sure you do the replacements one at a time. Having a large ratchet strap and a second jack also helped because I had to reposition the axle a bit to line up the holes on the passenger side so I could insert the bolts.
