Of course the title is a bit much, but it is a great costume and will definitely get attention and laughs. I actually won my works costume contest with this. The flippers have fingers so you can put your hands in them and make the most of flipper hands. The only gripe I have is that the feet are really good at catching leaves. So I wouldn't recommend walking around a bunch of felled leaves or you will be spending Halloween night picking them out.
